CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT LEICESTERSHIRE, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE, DERBYSHIRE AND WITHIN MOST AREAS OF WARWICKSHIRE, STAFFORDSHIRE & BIRMINGHAM
Meet at the subject property with one of our professionally trained and Legionella Accredited Risk Assessors. He/she will carry out the risk assessment whilst you assist and observe.
Also, you will receive some basic reading material that allows you to information gather on subsequent assessments as a competent person.
Our Fixed Fee for Option 1 is just £55.00 and includes a full Risk Assessment Report on the subject property.
Thereafter, any further Risk Assessments on either the subject property and/or other properties you may have within your portfolio can be conducted by yourself at a fixed fee of £35.00 per property. These would be paid for at the time of the Assessment via an on-line bill payment direct to our bank account.
We also carry out residential Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) at a Fixed Fee of £65 per property. Currently only available throughout Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Should you wish to combine Options 1 & 2 as above (currently only available throughout Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire) then our Fee would be discounted by 20%, ie. £24.00 to a Fixed Fee of just £96.00!
